White Orchid Flower Essence for Reverence and Connecting with the Divine  

I’ve been thinking about Orchid in this role for a couple of years after learning that the blooms are associated with Freya, holding love magick and helping with communication. But I read so many different ways in which people use the essence. So many different avenues within its magical uses. And then, so many different feelings I personally have when with my Orchid. Here’s a look at my notes:

Says, “There’s enough time”

Facilitates New beginnings

Fosters Appreciation

Provides Nurturing

Shows the Divine Feminine

Instills Reverence

And I struggled to feel a single one main thing to latch onto to say “this is why”. And then one night I was turning off the lights and I just stood with my Orchid for a bit and I realized that I think of her as her own thing. Not as being ruled by a goddess or associated with an energy. As her own thing. A goddess in her own right.

And that’s when I realized that her essence should be used to connect to the divine, to channel that all-encompassing, sometimes contrary, goddess energy. To feel that whole list!  To bring us into a state of reverence. Reverence for this life. The mundane and the magical moments. The reverence of being here. Of seeing what others miss. Of connecting with the divine in all things. Reverence.
