To really dive into The Greening, I’ve combined some truly beautiful wild ingredients that add flavor and color and that pop of spring to any dish, as a finishing salt or as a seasoning.

Verdant is made of Sea Salt, wild Ramp leaves, pickled and then dehydrated wild Ramp bulbs, wild Onion, wild Garlic Mustard, wild Nettle, and homegrown Carnation.

Magically, Carnations have been used in love magick, protection spells, and healing rituals. A perfect addition to any kitchen witchery.

It’s perfectly pungent.
