Verdant Finishing Salt! 

I’ve combined some truly beautiful wild ingredients that add flavor, color, and that pop to any dish, whether as a finishing salt or as a seasoning.

Verdant is made of Sea Salt, wild Ramp leaves, pickled and then dehydrated wild Ramp bulbs, wild Garlic Mustard, and wild Nettle. This season, I’ve switched up the blooms using homegrown Bee Balm, Redbud, and Bird Cherry. There’s also some new flower power washi that felt happy and bright.

It comes in a rad little grinder and it goes on everything I eat. Make your world more interesting and tastier with some spring green magick.
