Bone Meadow Vase
Bone Meadow Vase! We’re continuing my bone art! Imbolc gave us sheep jaws and Ostara offered bone nests. For Beltane we made May Day bouquet holders from Atlas bones and for Litha we had leg bone totems honoring the sun.
For Lughnasadh we’re continuing to work with abundance. The vertebrae bones are one of the most abundant bones that I find with deer, so we’re using them. And they are made to hold your little dried bouquets you’re crafting with the over abundance of everything growing.
I’m particularly in love with how the meadow design is showing up in this offering. Just how I imagined. And I’ll be sending your “vase” with a little bouquet from our meadow to get you started.
The bones are deer bones, found and cleaned by yours truly. Deer energy shows us how to use gentleness and grace to navigate life’s twists and turns. They help us know ourselves, be ourselves, and continue on our life’s path. This aspect makes them perfect for use in times of transition and change.
