Flora, the Perfume

Flora, the perfume for Ostara. The namesake of this perfume is the goddess of spring, new growth, and flowers.

April in the south, the feeling of Wisteria and Jasmine and Magnolia dripping everywhere. Vanilla and Orange push-up pop, sticky in the dusk, the air already humid with so much green and bloom.

For this, I chose a floral path, tamed by citrus, Vanilla, and Honey. The base is a luscious Evening Primrose and Rosehip Seed Oil. There’s Tangerine and Neroli (Orange Blossom). There’s Violet, as a loving shout-out to this early bloomer. There’s Vanilla and a Honey essential oil made from beeswax. It would make any pollinator buzz.

Inside there’s Amethyst to offer a balancing energy and Nephrite Jade to offer a calm, soothing energy during times of transition. There’s even a Nephrite roller ball!
